In stock items usually ship within 3-5 days unless backordered. A customer representative will contact you to discuss availability and/or substitution should items be out of stock. Custom and Personalized items usually ship within 7 to 10 days. Orders will be shipped US Postal Service, First Class normally takes 3-5 days once the item has been shipped unless otherwise specified. Additional charges apply for Priority and Express mail.
